Arigon Starr
 

An enrolled member of the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma, Arigon Starr is a multi-talented and multi-award winning musician, actor, playwright and artist based in Los Angeles. “Super Indian” was originally produced as a radio comedy series for the Native Radio Theater Project and Native Voices at the Autry. Utilizing her radio scripts, she wrote, penciled, inked and colored a webcomic version of “Super Indian” that debuted in April 2011. In May 2012, she compiled her online work into a graphic novel, “Super Indian Volume One.” Starr is a founder of the Indigenous Narratives Collective (INC), a non-profit group of Native American comic book writers and artists. INC released their first compilation comic book project, “INC’s Universe #0” in September 2012.
