The Hyatt Regency downtown Phoenix is our new host hotel.
Conveniently located three blocks from the Phoenix Convention Center South Building, home of the 2010 Phoenix Comicon.
ProgrammingThe Hyatt Regency is the site for the Phoenix Comicon's evening and nighttime programming, including parties, dances, receptions, art auction, and more.
With events scheduled to run past midnight, there is every reason to stay on site and not miss any of the action or fun.
The Phoenix Comicon guest rate is:
- $119 a night for single/double occupancy
- $144 for triple
- $169 for quadruple
Parking Discount: Plus, book your room using the Phoenix Comicon group code and receive 40% discount on self-parking rates at the adjacent parking garage with free in-out parking privileges. When you arrive simply charge the self-parking to your guest room folio to receive this specially negotiated rate.

In order for us to expand our convention and hold it at the Phoenix Convention Center, we're required to guarantee a large number of hotel room nights to the Hyatt.
