Sean Gunn


Actor and writer Sean Gunn is best known for his role on Gilmore Girls as the quirky Kirk Gleason and Kraglin in the Marvel Universe films Guardians of the Galaxy and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.  His first film was in Troma Films’ Tromeo and Juliet where he played Sammy Capulet. He’s worked alongside his brother, writer and director James Gunn, on The Specials, Super, and the video game Lollipop Chainsaw.  In addition to portraying Kraglin in the Marvel Universe films,  Sean also provided motion reference for Rocket Raccoon in both Guardians films and the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War, currently in production.

Sean has had roles on television shows such as Any Day Now, Brutally Normal, Angel, Inside Schwartz, DAG, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Going to California, Yes, Dear, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, October Road, Glee, Bunheads, and Bones. Sean’s film credits include Stricken, The Auteur Theory, Pearl Harbor, Jesus, Mary and Joey, Pants on Fire, The Giant Mechanical Man, Who the F is Buddy Applebaum, and The Education of Eddie and Mortimer. He has also appeared in the films Po and The Belko Experiment.

Michael Rooker is an American actor best known for his turn as the blue-skinned alien Yondu Udonta in 2014’s top grossing film Guardians of the Galaxy, a role he has reprised in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. He is also well known as the character fans loved to hate on AMC’s worldwide hit television show The Walking Dead, Merle Dixon.

Rooker has thrilled fans for decades with complex portrayals of characters audiences can’t help but cheer on despite their dark personas. He made his film debut in 1986 playing the title role in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, a film based on the confessions of serial killer Henry Lee Lucas. He has since appeared in numerous films including Mississippi Burning, Sea of Love, Days of Thunder, JFK, Cliffhanger, Mallrats, Tombstone, Rosewood, The 6th Day, Jumper, and Bolden!. Rooker also has a prolific relationship with writer/director James Gunn, appearing in the Gunn-helmed productions Slither, Super, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, The Belko Experiment and Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2.

He has guest starred on several TV shows including Stargate SG-1, CSI: Miami, Las Vegas, JAG, Numb3rs, Law & Order, Chuck, Criminal Minds, Psych, Burn Notice, and Archer. He added his voice talents to Activision’s video game The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. Rooker’s voiceover work in video games includes Mike Harper, the lead character in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and the villain Vikke in Lollipop Chainsaw.

    William Shatner is a Canadian actor, author, producer, and director best known for his portrayal of James T. Kirk, captain of the USS Enterprise, in the Star Trek franchise. He has written several books chronicling his experiences playing Captain Kirk and being a part of the massive success that is Star Trek. He has also co-written several novels set in the Star Trek universe.

    Shatner played the eponymous veteran police sergeant in T.J. Hooker, and afterwards hosted the reality-based television series, Rescue 911, which won a People’s Choice Award for Favorite New TV Dramatic Series. From 2004 until 2008, he starred as attorney Denny Crane in The Practice and its spin-off series, Boston Legal, which earned him two Emmy awards.

    In 2016, he co-founded the comic book company, Shatner Singularity. In 2017 the graphic novel under his company, Stan Lee’s ‘God Woke’, won the Independent Publisher Book Awards’ Outstanding Books of the Year Independent Voice Award.

    Ming-Na first won attention with her touching and critically acclaimed performance as June in the feature film THE JOY LUCK CLUB.  But she is most noted for her portrayal of Dr. Jing-Mei Chen on the hit show “ER”.  Other series have included “SGU Stargate Universe” and “Eureka”.

    Ming-Na received the first contract role for an Asian-American actor in a daytime drama when she won the part of Lien Hughes on “As the World Turns.”  Other television credits include “Law and Order SVU,” “Boston Legal,” “The George Lopez Show,” “The Single Guy”, “Private Practice,” and “Two and a Half Men.”

    The diverse actress proved she was able to play more than the gentle wallflower ‘June’ in THE JOY LUCK CLUB when she tackled the roles of ‘Chun-Li’, the butt-kicking female lead in STREET FIGHTER and as the sex-hungry wife Mimi in director Mike Figgis’ film ONE NIGHT STAND.  She can also be seen in the film PUSH directed by Paul McGuigan, in which she starred opposite Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning.

    Ming-Na is proud to be the title voice of MULAN, Disney’s animated feature (for which she won an Annie Award) as well as the lead voice of ‘Aki Ross’ in the stunning CGI animated film FINAL FANTASY. The talented actress has also has lent her voice for the shows “Phineas and Ferb” and “Ni Hao Kai Lan”; as well as documentaries and children’s books.

    Ming can currently be seen as one of the leads of Joss Whedon’s “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” on ABC. She can also be seen in the recently released Blumhouse feature film 6 MIRANDA DRIVE opposite Kevin Bacon.

    Ming-Na has been included in People magazine’s list of the 50 most beautiful people; was named one of the 100 most influential Asian-Americans of the past decade by aMagazine; and was inducted into the Committee of 100.  She cherishes her family time with her husband and their two children.  She also enjoys painting, photography, scrapbooking and decorating.

    Jason David Frank is an American actor and professional mixed martial artist known for his role of Tommy Oliver, the original Green Ranger, in the long-running children’s television show Power Rangers. Jason’s character, Tommy, has morphed into more colors than any other power ranger in the show’s history. He has portrayed the Mighty Morphin Green Ranger, Mighty Morphin White Ranger, Red Zeo, Red Turbo, and lastly as the Black DinoThunder Ranger.

    Jason documents his endeavors in a reality series, My Morphing Life, which can be viewed on Bat in The Sun’s YouTube channel. Seasons 1-3 can also be viewed on ConTV. Jason David Frank and Bat in the Sun have worked together before to produce White Ranger vs. Scorpion Super Power Beat Down, a show that pins superhero against superhero. This particular episode has been viewed over five million times. With so many successful collaborations, Jason and Bat in the Sun have continued working on other series, including Taz Kayden: Operation Black Unicorn.

    His online popularity has opened other ventures, like his involvement in the new Power Rangers (2017) film, and his recent role as Bloodshot from Valiant’s live-action Ninjak series. Jason has also been able to provide his voice acting talents in Transformers: Titans Return.

    Jason David Frank has always held an interest in mixed martial arts. He is an inductee of the World Karate Union Hall of Fame and is a highly accomplished martial artist with 37 years of experience. He currently holds a seventh-degree black belt in American Karate, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and has received the title of “Master of Muay Thai” by Grand Master Toddy (Arjan). Jason is the owner and operator of Rising Sun Karate and MMA, with three schools in Texas and one in California. He is also the founder and CEO of Jesus Didn’t Tap, the first Christian-based line of MMA clothing and fight gear.
